As OE components only, KYB manufactures shock absorbers and front forks for motorcycles.
With a world famous reputation, KYB motorcycle products are used by the majority of major bike manufacturers. The newest electronic steering damper and diamond like carbon (DLC) coating front forks have met with market acclaim.
The world famous Shinkansen, or Japanese bullet train, uses KYBs semi active suspension system. The Shinkansen glides along smoothly and comfortably at speeds of over 300km/h. Train body vibration is controlled by utilising the energy produced by the lateral dampers between the body and a bogie.
KYB also manufactures suspension components for snow mobiles.
